If God said “Why should you be allowed into heaven?“, how would you answer? The Bible says about Jesus, “And in none other is there salvation; for neither is there any other name under heaven,… wherein we must be saved.” Acts 4:12, ASV.
No one will enter heaven by living a good life or just because God is love. Eternal life only comes through a specific decision to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, to believe that the Blood He shed on the cross was shed for your sins, and to follow Him fully the rest of your life!
You can be sure of your salvation today. Just pray a prayer like this: “Jesus, I know I’m a sinner. I accept your salvation and willingly choose to serve and follow You as my Lord. Amen.” If you have prayed this, tell someone here today! Start reading your Bible and praying everyday, and see you in church next week.
